The Campbell Group recently became the latest insurance agency to have its clients and staff process more than 1 million transactions through client self-service portal Applied Systems CSR24®, continuing to highlight the growing importance of on-demand, online policy access and client self-service.
CSR24 allows policyholders to access their policies online for coverage review, change requests, and to obtain certificates of insurance and auto IDs. The secure portal is agency branded and can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smart phone. In addition, call center services are also available to support claims and after-hours reporting of first notice of loss.
The million-transaction plateau reinforces the commitment to client self-service throughout The Campbell Group, a division of Acrisure, one of the top 50 largest privately held insurance agencies in the United States.
