MediaWhiz, a leading full-service integrated digital media agency, today announced the promotion of Adam Riff and Steve La Peruta as senior vice presidents in charge of digital strategy and information technology, respectively.
Riff will report to MediaWhiz CEO John Kuendig, while La Peruta will continue reporting to MediaWhiz Chief Operating Officer Tom Lanzetta.
In announcing the promotions, Kuendig praised both executives for their long-standing leadership at MediaWhiz and exemplary track records of generating optimum return on investment for the company.

As senior vice president of digital strategy, Riff will oversee the agency’s integrated digital media division, including its search marketing, social media, display advertising, CRM and client services teams.
He joined MediaWhiz in November 2005 as director of search, following the company’s acquisition of Global Resources Systems, an interactive marketing services company where he served in the same role. Promoted to general manager of search in January 2010, he directed MediaWhiz’s search marketing business, which is ranked as the 11th-best in the nation by Advertising Age, before taking on expanded duties in 2010 as general manager of search.

La Peruta’s promotion reflects his continued work to enhance MediaWhiz’s information technology and development initiatives. After joining the company as its director of IT in March 2010 he was quickly promoted to vice president before taking on the senior vice president role. He will oversee MediaWhiz’s IT operations, engineering, database services, application development, quality assurance and project management to support enhanced client delivery.
