The Oklahoma car crash lawyers at Atkins & Markoff hereby alert the public to a report that was published on the Web site of KWTX TV on September 25, 2012 that detailed a fatal Oklahoma traffic accident that took the lives of three people. The crash occurred on a highway when one of the vehicles was attempting to merge onto the road, and police continue to investigate the situation in order to determine which party or parties were at fault for the incident.

Specifically, this fatal Oklahoma trucking accident occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, September 21 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 75 and State Highway 91 in Bryan County, just south of Colbert and just north of the Red River. The report stated that the police managing the aftermath did not release the names of the parties involved so that their families could be informed of the incident that occurred.

According to the article, witnesses told police officers who were investigating the crash that the big rig that was involved in the crash was attempting to merge onto one of the highways at the intersection. When doing so, the large truck allegedly struck the van. The report further stated that the van was carrying passengers who were seniors.
