Niagara Metals’ eight-month-long “Customer Appreciation Days” will climax at 3 PM on Sunday October 7, 2012 with a grand prize drawing for a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 Truck and 3 ATV’s. The first 1500 visitors will enjoy a free Krolick’s Chicken Dinner, serving starts at 10 AM. There will be cash drawings every 30 minutes beginning at 10:30 AM, a total of $1000 will be given away and there will be live music all afternoon.
Sunday October 7th, like every other Sunday, the Niagara Metals Buffalo facility will be open to the public as well as businesses from 6 AM until 6 PM; buying all grades of scrap steel, metal and junk cars and trucks, for immediate cash. Customers who bring in 2,000 lbs. or more of a single grade of steel scrap in a single load between 6 am and 6 pm on Sunday October 7th will be entered into a special draw for a new flat screen TV!
In addition to customers with scrap to sell anyone can show up at the Buffalo yard on Sunday the 7th, enjoy a hearty meal, and be eligible for the cash prize drawings. Cash prize drawing entrants must be present to win, tickets will be given out with the chicken dinners. The entries for the ATV’s and Truck were closed on August 31st; the winners of these drawings do not have to be present to win. In anticipation of large crowds additional parking is available at the south West corner of Elmwood and Hertel avenue, it is recommended people come early to avoid disappointment.
