The interracial marriage of founder, owner and CEO of the Facebook Empire Mark Zuckerman and Priscilla Chan had evaded the scrutiny of the masses when it comes to Jew and non-Jew intermarriage. This is based on an article posted by The Scroll, which featured the public’s oblivion to the couple’s under-the-radar nuptials and its positive response to their ethnic diversity. In line with this, a story that shares the heart-warming romance between two characters from different races is brought to life in author Martin Ratick’s book Faith Of The Fathers. Compelling, this work of fiction delves deep into the powerful influences of religious traditions that somehow hold a great bearing on the fate of two individuals.

Insightful, this story follows through the blossoming romance between David and Andria. It expresses in explicit detail the wonderful moments they share with one another and how they have found a great sense of joy in each other’s company. But just like any romantic encounters, their relationship gets tested. As time goes by, a painful discovery blocks their growing emotional connection. The fact that David is Jewish and has to marry a woman of his own faith pushes Andria away.

Not wanting to waste any of their time, Andria moves on with her own life, through a self-sacrificing decision to let David go. Nonetheless, unbeknownst to both of them, the universe has another unexpected surprise. This is not just any ordinary twist, for it dates back thousands of years into the past. Readers will be thrilled to find out what it is.

Faith of The Fathers is a core-shaking story that stirs a sense of belief within a person. It portrays how love and fate may sometimes need a reasonable amount of time to flourish and mature before anything comes to fruition. A groundbreaking tale enriched with romance, religion and history, this book will ignite a sense of passion within its readers’ hearts.
