Today the leaders of the LawTech Europe Congress 2012, announce the second keynote speaker of the congress, JUDr. Pavel Zeman, the Supreme Public Prosecutor of the Czech Republic. The congress will take place on November 12, 2012, in the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, and is expected to attract up to 700 delegates from all over the world.
Just a few weeks after confirming Richard Susskind OBE, the internationally renowned legal market futurist, consultant, writer, Chair of the Advisory Board of the Oxford Internet Institute, and IT Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice in the UK, as the first keynote speaker to come on board, JUDr. Pavel Zeman has been welcomed as the second keynote speaker, and he will make the second opening speech at the LawTech Europe Congress 2012. In his keynote, the current Supreme Public Prosecutor and a major advocate against corruption will discuss the usage of electronic evidence in investigation and prosecution, and the current situation of cyber criminality in the Czech Republic.

JUDr. Pavel Zeman graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague. As a prosecutor, he worked at the district and regional public prosecutor's office in Pilsen before being appointed to the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office in Brno. Since 2002, he worked as a prosecutor at the International Department of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office, and in 2004 he became the youngest representative of the Czech Republic at Euro just in Haag. In 2011, he was appointed the Supreme Public Prosecutor of the Czech Republic.
