Paul Joachim, owner of Orlando based Art Edibles and live cake sculptor, along with Lauri Ditunno, owner of the acclaimed New York City based cake studio Cake Alchemy, will be collaborating and be part of a team of celebrity chefs appearing at the International Celebrities Chefs Showdown “SABOR ARUBA 2012” in Aruba September 29th, 2012.
Paul and Lauri will be partnering up for a LIVE! Cake Sculpting Experience from 7:30-11:30 pm. The live cake sculpting experience will be a celebration of Aruba’s brilliant water and marine life. Paul and Lauri will be sculpting a life-size snorkeler surrounded by a masterful sugar coral reef with fish and other amazing sugar sea creatures. All created live in front of the crowd. In addition, each chef participating in the event will be preparing an incredible culinary dish for hundreds of VIPs and other specials guests representing their food expertise.
