Tickets are on sale for Children’s Bureau’s 3rd Annual Celebrity Chefs & Wine Tasting to be held on Thursday, October 11 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the agency’s Magnolia Place Family Center located just west of downtown Los Angeles at 1910 Magnolia Avenue. The evening will include tapas-style food from an elite line-up of chefs, wines from the finest vineyards on the West Coast and silent auction filled with over 60 must-have items.
Celebrity Chefs on board include Mayet Cristobal (The Getty Center), Traci Des Jardins (Jardinière), Jim Dodge (Bon Appétit Management), Rochelle Huppin (Chefware, Inc.), Loretta Keller (COCO500), Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill), Kristine Kidd (Former Food Editor of Bon Appétit Magazine), Tim McGrath and Phyllis Vaccarelli (Westlake Culinary Institute) and Jet Tila (The Charleston).

This year's Celebrity Chefs and Wine Tasting event showcases some of the best chefs in the country including my dear friends, Traci Des Jardins and Loretta Keller. Participating wineries include Anthill Farms Winery, Emmolo, Foxen, JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset, Pali Wine Co., Ramey Wine Cellars, Scholium Project, Ste. Chateau Michelle and Walter Hansel Winery. Stella Artois beer will also be served.
The event is expected to raise $300,000 for Children’s Bureau’s child abuse prevention programs.
