PulsoConf is one of most important events of the industry, bringing together Entrepreneurs and Investors from different parts of Latin America with the intention of creating a technological entrepreneurship platform in the Region. In this opportunity, more than 40 companies applied for the PulsoConf Start Up Pitch Competition, from which Touristlink has been chosen as a finalist.

The selection process for the PulsoConf Start Up Pitch Competition was extremely rigorous. Selection criteria included the existence of an English-language product version, a scalable and stable business model, and the current status of an idea.
PulsoConf Start Up Pitch Competition will start on September 29th in Bogota, Colombia. Each team will have eight minutes to present their products and receive feedback from an expert panel of entrepreneurial and investment leaders. All projects will be evaluated by David Weekly of 500 Startups, Mexican.VC, Adam D’Augelli, of True Ventures, Marta Cruz of Nextperience and NXTP Labs, Ran Harnevo of 5min Media and AOL, and Steve Martocci of GroupMe.
With more than 5,000 members, Touristlink is the largest social marketplaces focused on the travel industry, connecting travelers with local operators. Based in Nagpur, India, Touristlink is managed by GoTripIndia, the developers of hotelkohoj.com, and its United States partner Visitusa.com. Recently the company has opened a new office in Santiago, Chile in association with the Start Up Chile program to cover all Latin America region.
