Boston Laser was disheartened to see the home team, the New England Patriots, lose on a last second controversial field goal on Sunday night Football. Then the NFL replacement referees ruled a touchdown for the Seattle Seahawks against the Green Bay Packers in the final minute of a game on Monday Night football, starting a national uproar over the officiating in the NFL.
With no contract agreement yet, Boston Laser wants to do their part by offering FREE LASIK to all replacement referees hoping better vision will lead to better performance on the field. “We helped players like Jerod Mayo, Sterling Moore, and Ron Brace improve their performance with 20/20 vision on the field, now we want to do the same for the replacement officials,” said Samir Melki, MD, PHD Founder of Boston Laser and clinical faculty at Harvard Medical School.
