Garner Properties & Management LLC signed a long term contract with San Diego-based investment firm, Coseo Properties, Inc. to continue the management of over 120 single family homes in Michigan.

Matthew Hermsen, Vice President, Asset Management of Coseo Properties said, “Garner Properties was originally tasked with turning around the portfolio to profitable, and they have accomplished this in a very short time.

Garner Properties’ turnaround efforts included property rehab, removing delinquent tenants, re-renting the properties, and collections. According to Property Manager, Chris Garner, the occupancy rate of the portfolio of homes is approximately 90%. Garner added, “We have tried and true systems in place to address all of Coseo Properties’ concerns which allowed us to accomplish our goals as planned.” Hermsen said, “We are impressed with Garner and look forward to a profitable future.”
