Pragmatic Works, in conjunction with Microsoft and HP, hosted its first annual complimentary golf tournament in Nashua, N.H. to educate IT executives about business intelligence trends and solutions.
More than 55 executives from companies across many business sectors participated in the event, including Best Doctors, Computer Share, Elliot Hospital, iBasis, Liberty Mutual, Liberty Mutual Group - NH, Middlesex Savings Bank, The MITRE Corporation, PAREXEL International Corporation and Wellington Management.
The goal of the tournament was to inform guests of effective solutions to common Business Intelligence problems, and demonstrate how easy adding value can be with the right approach. With current trends indicating that 75% of executives want to worry less about systems and more about innovation, this event allowed attendees to gain free education in a relaxed and fun setting.
“Companies must stay informed of business intelligence trends and solutions or risk losing ground to competitors,” said Adam Jorgensen, president of consulting at Pragmatic Works. “We wanted to offer a unique way for companies to learn about innovations in performance management, integration, consolidation, analytics, business intelligence, enterprise and big data management.”
Pragmatic Works will host the second annual golf tournament in Nashua, N.H. on Sept. 16, 2013.
