Top Echelon Network, an elite network of highly specialized search firms, is also a split placement network.

A split placement is a situation in which one recruiter has a job order and another recruiter has the candidate to fill that job order. Once the job order recruiter’s client hires the candidate, the two recruiters then split the placement fee.

Top Echelon Network has helped recruiters make over 20,000 placements in this fashion since the Network was founded nearly 25 years ago.

Recruiters in Top Echelon Network made split placements in a number of different industries during the week of Monday, September 24, through Friday, September 28. Those split placements, including the recruiters who made them, are detailed below:

Chris Ramsay of Corporate Resources, LLC and Lee Fierman of Gables Search Group, Inc. placed a Senior Accountant.

Doris Painter of Painter & Associates and Amy Dunn of Technology Recruiting Solutions placed an Outside Sales Representative.

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and David M. Sgro of True North Consultants, Inc. placed an IT Systems Support Specialist.

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group placed a Process Engineer.

Randall Hardwick of Avalon Recruiting and Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group placed a Commercial Account Executive.

Rob Spaulding of Spaulding Associates and Hani Mussa of KnowPeople, Inc. placed a Senior Electrical Test Technician.

Ron Magnusson of Norseman Recruiting Services and Bob Wick of Career Center of Cincinnati, Inc. placed an Inspection Engineer.

Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC and Bill Quackenbush of QCI Technical Staffing placed a Drafter on a contract basis.

“We’d like to congratulate everybody on the split placements they made this week,” said Top Echelon Network Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS, “especially Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters. She made a total of three placements, two of them direct-hire placements and the other a contract placement. Maria, her business partner Joanna Spaun, and the rest of the team at MJ Recruiters have been a valuable asset to the Network and a model Preferred Member firm.”

Top Echelon Network was founded in 1988 in Canton, Ohio.
