Raymond E. “Butch” Wallace, PE, has joined Magnolia River as Vice President of Engineering. “Our executive management team is now complete,” said Kimberly Hoff, President and CEO. “Butch has 25 years of engineering and management experience in the pipeline industry. We are excited about the knowledge and leadership he brings to Magnolia River.”
Most recently, Butch Wallace was Project Manager for exp Energy Services and engineer of record for approximately 850 miles of the Keystone Oil Pipeline planned for construction in Montana, South Dakota, and Nebraska. At Alabama Gas Corporation, Butch held a number of positions responsible for all aspects of engineering and operations, including pipeline and station design, regulatory and code compliance, maintenance and inspection of facilities, developing and maintaining specifications, leakage surveys, and cathodic protection. He also served as an engineering project manager at El Paso Corporation which is now part of Kinder Morgan, Inc.
Butch is currently licensed as a professional engineer in Alabama, Florida, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
