The 216-unit, Class-A complex located in southeast Denver offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and fits well into Griffis Residential’s portfolio with its convenient access to the Denver Tech Center and Cherry Creek North as well as other employment centers along Arapahoe Road. The purchase follows the recent acquisition of the 384-unit Covington on Cherry Creek in June 2012.
The company will make over $1.5m in capital improvements to Pinnacle at the Creek including upgrades to apartment unit interiors and enhancements to the property’s common areas such as exterior paint and upgrades to the pool area, clubhouse and fitness center.
