Media Capital Global (MCG) today announced the promotions of Max Stiegemeier and Paul Ragle to the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President, respectively, effective October 10. MCG is a subsidiary of GCF International, which is headquartered in Los Angeles.

Mr. Stiegemeier and Mr. Ragle have both been with GCF International since 2008. Together with their new appointments, they will be focused on the development of Media Capital Global's US Cloud hosting and technology sector with a focus on the rapid deployment of new cloud based technologies.

Mr. Stiegemeier, who is currently company President, succeeds Aaron Koonce, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Paul Ragle is currently Senior Vice President, Technology.
