Reviews on World’s Largest Travel Site Earns Kelowna Hotel 2012 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

BEST WESTERN PLUS Kelowna Hotel and Suites is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence, an award only given to about 10 per cent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor.com. The Kelowna hotel earned this accolade for their excellence in hospitality and service, and for consistently achieving outstanding traveler reviews.

BEST WESTERN PLUS Kelowna Hotel and Suites has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Approximately 10 per cent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
