Deyta LLC, an industry leader in healthcare satisfaction and quality measurement, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Amplicare, a reputable provider of decision support tools for hospice and home care organizations.

According to Deyta’s President and CEO, J. Kevin Porter, the acquisition of Amplicare strengthens Deyta’s technology platform, providing clients with more robust data analytics combined with cutting-edge decision support tools that will dramatically improve how post-acute care providers manage their business.

“This acquisition takes us to a new level, reinforcing our steadfast commitment to data-driven solutions that improve patient care and maximize operational efficiency for each and every one of our clients,” said Porter, “I couldn’t be more excited to work with the Amplicare team; they’re a perfect complement to Deyta’s staff, adding key talent and experience to our operations and IT divisions.”

Larry Stein, CEO of Amplicare, agrees that the acquisition will significantly impact the hospice and home care community.

“Deyta’s satisfaction and clinical quality benchmarking data broadens our client offerings in a way we couldn’t provide on our own,” said Stein, “The result of combining our products and technology will be truly game changing.”

United by a common business culture and a shared vision for developing innovative hospice and home care business intelligence solutions, Deyta and Amplicare both have a long list of clients and an unparalleled reputation for providing best in class, technology-driven solutions.

The acquisition is expected to be complete by December, 2012, with the integration of Amplicare’s technology into Deyta’s overall business offerings to occur over the next six-months. Amplicare will assume the name Deyta, LLC, but will keep its office in Birmingham, Alabama. Deyta and Amplicare clients will continue to receive the same high quality service they have come to expect from both companies.

Deyta’s acquisition of Amplicare comes on the heels of Deyta being ranked No. 11 on the Business First list of Fast 50 growing private companies in Louisville, Kentucky and included in Inc. Magazine’s list of top 5,000 fastest growing companies nationwide.
