This Digital Dealer Workshop has been endorsed by the Texas Automobile Dealers Association (TADA).

The workshop are designed for Dealers, GMs, GSMs, Internet Sales Managers, e-Commerce Directors, CRM Managers, BDC Managers and Fixed Operations Managers who want to learn more about how digital technology and best practices can help them improve dealership sales, marketing and fixed operations.

Four Workshop Tracks will be offered.

One track -- 360 Degrees of Automotive e-Commerce – offers dealers who don't get the Internet the opportunity to come to this workshop for a day and leave understanding how the Internet and digital technology affects all of their business. “This track offers dealers everything you always wanted to ask about the Internet...but were afraid to ask (your employees),” noted Michael Roscoe, President and CEO of Dealer Communications.

For dealers and managers from dealerships at an intermediate or advanced level of digital sales, marketing and operations practice, there will be tracks on: Social Media and New Technologies; Sales, Process and Fixed Operations; and Websites, Marketing and Analytics. Dealers may chose to attend a single track all day, or attend a mix of sessions from any of the tracks.
