Save thousands without sacrificing quality.” This 5-class course webinar course on cost control, which will begin on Thursday, February 23, 2012, is designed for Registered Dietitians (RDs), Dietetic Technicians Registered (DTRs), Certified Dietary Managers (CDMs), Food Service/Dining/Culinary Directors, and others involved with managing a foodservice operation in a healthcare setting.

Registration and details are available at RDs and DTRs who complete the course will receive 10 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours; CDMs can apply for subsequent CPE approval through the Certifying Board of Dietary Managers.
