5) Electronics conducted the online survey of 1,041 college students between August 2 and August 27, 2012., a credit card comparison and financial education website, commissioned the survey to expose college students needs and concerns, in their own words.

"Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how students knew their priorities when it came to college," says Charles Tran, founder of "It's refreshing to see phones and booze on the list of things college students needs the least.
