A new release of iService email response management software provides an enhanced user interface, new business intelligence features, enhancements to iService Forms, and integrated customer feedback.

One-to-One announced today the commercial release of iService 5.12, their award-winning customer interaction solution. This version of iService provides enhancements to the user interface for responding to customer email, new iService Forms features, new business intelligence reports, and an integrated feedback feature for capturing customer input.
