Trout Creek, MT (PRWEB) November 25, 2009
Futurist Steve Michaels and his wife believe tough times are ahead. They have been preparing for those times culminating in 2012 for more than 25 years. With the release of the new movie 2012 the two decided it was time to help and inform others that 2012 will become a turning point in many lives.
“With the premiere of the movie "2012" people have had mixed reactions. Some say the movie is good because it makes people aware of what is coming. Others think the movie is bad because it plants the seed that everything concerning 2012 is just a hoax. To the non-believers it was just an entertaining movie. It’s much more than that,” said Michaels.
Michaels launched a new online publication to address these concerns, entitled “2012Consult.” It includes a bi-monthly newsletter designed to offer “ONE SOURCE” for receiving a variety of information about world events associated with 2012. It features a live countdown to the fateful day, December 21, 2012.
The site offers all of the published newsletters with articles like, “2012 is Not a Hoax.” It also includes timely financial information, relevant web links, pertinent articles related to 2012 with a touch of Montana humor and of course predictions. The information is both practical and metaphysical in nature.
Steve states that the earth will not cease to function. It has always changed and civilizations rise and fall over and over. The planet warms up and cools down with or without humanity and technology. It is a natural cycle with the last major one occurring 26,000 years ago and we are about to experience it one more time.
Mr. Michaels is not the only one that feels this way. Joseph Robert Jochmans wrote… “The Hopi and Mayan Elders DO NOT prophesize that everything will come to an end. Rather, this is a time of transisition from one World Age into another. The message they give concerns our making a choice of how we enter the future ahead. Our moving through with either resistance or acceptance will determine whether the transisition will happen with cataclysmic changes or gradual peace and tranquility. The same theme can be found reflected in the prophecies of many other Native American visionaries from Black Elk to Sun Bear.”
2012 Consult Gives 10 Tips in Preparation for 2012
1. Find a safe place to live. Preferably out of the city and at least 50 miles from any coastline.
2. Get out of debt and become liquid.
3. Stock up on at least 6 months to 1 years supply of food and water.
4. Set up an alternative energy system with either solar, wind or hydro or a back-up generator. A wood stove with lots of wood is also essential.
5. Arm yourself. Buy a gun, ammo and learn how to use it.
6. Begin to eat more organic food. Raise your own garden or set up a greenhouse.
7. Buy gold, silver and have plenty of cash on hand.
8. Get out of 401K, stocks, bonds… anything that is run by the government as the dollar is going to crash
9. Create your future by imagining what you want for yourself… right now. Try to avoid fear and worry as it freezes your survival energies.
10. Form or become a part of a community. You won’t be able to do it all by yourself.
