RSS, the leading promotional site for real estate in Perth, West Australia, has reached 10.5 million page views for the month of July, according to the latest report from global marketing and advertising research company Nielsen. In addition to the record-breaking number of page views reported by Nielsen, the number of users has also seen a surge, with 341,152 unique browsers in July alone, up by 11% from June. The site has also garnered 936,194 visits and 846,558 recorded sessions, figures that are higher than last June’s numbers by 15% and 19%, respectively. These statistics have set records for the most page views, unique browsers, visits, and sessions that has experienced since its launch on the Internet. has also enjoyed 6% growth in average daily unique browsers in West Australia, an increase that is approximately three times larger than those incurred by rival real estate Perth property websites. West Australia sessions for, on the other hand, grew by 9%, another figure that bypasses the growth of other competing websites.

REIWA Deputy President Ian Cornell asserts that these numbers demonstrate the growing popularity of among online users and consequently serve as a reflection of the efficacy of the company’s marketing tools as well as their quality of service. He cites the many benefits that both licensed real estate agents and property buyers can enjoy with use of the company’s services as reasons for the website’s rising popularity.

One advantage that licensed agents can enjoy with membership to REIWA, according to Cornell, is a boost in reputation: “REIWA has a trusted and established reputation and being a member means that you too can share in this, giving your buyers, sellers, and tenants confidence in your professionalism and your commitment to good business practices.”

Agents can also list properties on and use documents and forms needed in property transactions, such as the Offer and Acceptance form owned by REIWA. Members are given access to a host of services and resources that can contribute to their success, says Cornell. Included in this list of services are web page development, agency advice, legal hotline, access to the latest property data, and more.

Buyers, on other hand, can rest assured that their interests will be protected when they work with a REIWA agent. Cornell reasons that REIWA agents are trained professionals who are encouraged to regularly update their education with courses designed to ensure high quality of service. This commitment to property buyers, Cornell states, is reflected in the company’s public advocacy, which aims to inform and educate the West Australian community about their rights and responsibilities when buying, selling or leasing property so that members of the public can make more informed decisions when engaging in property transactions.

“REIWA is also a not-for-profit organisation, and all monies raised through membership fees and the purchase of services and resources are used to help the Institute grow for the benefit of the members who own it,” Cornell adds.

With the company’s dedication to helping both buyers and agents, it’s no wonder that is gaining favour among Internet users. Licensed agents and buyers interested in rental properties, Perth homes, and other assets for sale can visit the group’s website for more information.
