Independent Producers of America, LLC (IPA) and its “Good News Crew” announced its launch of a new webcast platform hosted live from their headquarters located in Tampa, Florida. This platform is referred to as T.H.R.I.V.E. “The High Road Institute of Visionary Excellence” which offers ongoing training through a state of the art facility, which includes over 1,000 square feet of space and technology platforms integrated to serve IPA Advisors and Leaders Nationwide. Our T.H.R.I.V.E. environment will provide live weekly webinars and webcasts broadcasted nationwide, and structured classroom training programs pertaining to excelled goals and growth, performance accountability, sales and marketing, leadership training, presentation skills and so much more.
IPA’s initial launch includes Nationwide daily webcasts hosted Monday through Thursday each week in four distinct categories of the business. 1) Building Your Business, includes training on setting appointments, marketing, lead generation, networking ideas and strategies, referrals, live role-playing, time management, etc. 2) Zig Ziglar, a personal friend and mentor and founder of Ziglar Inc., which is a strategic partner of IPA’s, will be discussed. Each new advisor receives a free gift upon contracting from this partnership, which is Ziglar’s famous Strategies for Success Program, a personal development and goal setting program. This program includes audio CD’s, a workbook, and now live webcasts hosted weekly to ensure success. 3) IPA / IHC Vision is a category that includes an internal leader or employee of IPA providing global announcements and internal process training advisors need to know, like how to build their personal marketing website, which is a tool provided free, navigating through systems, etc. 4) Product is our last live category that will always relate to a specific product or service that we provide in the market place. Whether it be a consumer or business benefit through one of our non-profit or not-for-profit Associations we represent or a health insurance or life insurance product offered to consumers that is underwritten by one of our A- (Excellent) rated carriers by A.M. Best.
