Zilliant, a technology solutions company that helps businesses make their numbers, hosted Mindshare 2012 earlier this week. The two-day event provided customers an opportunity to share best practices, learn how to get the most out of their Zilliant partnership and preview Zilliant’s upcoming innovations.
Fifty Zilliant customers attended Mindshare, held in Austin, Texas from September 10 – 11, to learn from experts about how to grow their top- and bottom-line performance and address strategic business issues, such as price optimization and sales effectiveness.
“Mindshare is intended to empower Zilliant customers to be more effective by equipping their sales teams with the knowledge to improve pricing and sales decisions,” said Greg Peters, Zilliant’s CEO. “This year’s event provided a great opportunity for us to show appreciation to our customers and strengthen the Zilliant community for networking and sharing ideas.”
The event kicked off with two guest keynote speakers who explained how to use compensation programs to drive sales performance and how to measure the value gained from optimization solutions.
Peters started the second day by outlining Zilliant’s priorities for the next year. Other Zilliant executives hosted sessions throughout the day, as attendees learned how they can gain the most value from Zilliant’s Software-as-a-Service solutions, manage Big Data and pricing to achieve superior growth and deploy the right tactics to retain customers.
The event closed with an information sharing session, where customers discussed how to address various pricing issues and make strategic decisions to increase revenue and drive competitiveness.
The company will host two Mindshare events in 2013 in the United States and Europe, where Zilliant also has a strong customer base.
