Attendees on the December 9th leadership presentation included SALAMA insurance employees and on December 10th the company hosted a group of Chairmen & CEO’s from SALAMA and its subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates. Greenberg spoke both days at the Qasr Al Sharq Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on the topic of “Leadership: Internal Mastery, External Results.”
The December 9th presentation conducted by Greenberg was a leadership seminar specifically for the managers and department heads of SALAMA Saudi Arabia, the Jeddah-based subsidiary of the parent company based in Dubai, UAE. The December 10th presentation was designed specifically for the CEO’s, General Managers and Managing Directors for SALAMA and its subsidiaries in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Senegal, Algeria, Tunisia and Jordan.
On both days, Greenberg spoke on the topic “Leadership: Internal Mastery, External Results.” His leadership program was customized specifically for the SALAMA insurance group which included employee data Greenberg collected through surveys and interviews.
