Tubac Center of the Arts opens its doors for a new season of exhibitions. The center’s hours are 10am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and Noon to 4:30pm on Sunday. Admission is always free.
The new 3,600 sq. ft. expansion is scheduled for a Grand Opening on Sunday, October 21, 2012, 40 years to the day of the original building opening. Many new and exciting exhibits, classes and workshops will be offered throughout the year. Below is a listing for the next three months:

•Wednesday, October 17, Workshop – How to Submit Artwork Digitally, Chuck Myers, 9am – 12pm

•Friday, November 2, Workshop: Watercolor for Everyone: Painting the Landscape

•Wednesday, November 7, 6 – 8pm, Lecture by Dr. Dean Pielstick; The Mandala in Tibetan Buddhism. A Partnership with the Tubac Buddhist Meditation Center Event runs: Monday - Friday, 10am to Noon and 3 to 6pm. Dissolution Ceremony: Saturday at 3pm.
