Monica Pal brings more than 20 years of engineering and technology marketing experience in the communications, collaboration, security and middleware sectors. Most recently, Monica was vice president of marketing for AlienVault, a leader in open source security information management, where her rebranding efforts transformed the company from niche player to the number two share of voice in just 90 days. Prior to AlienVault, she held vice president of marketing roles at WSO2, a leader in open-source enterprise middleware; iFan Media, an application development platform for municipalities; and LignUp, a voice-over-IP application server company that she co-founded.
