Hiperos, the leading provider of Software as a Service solutions for 3rd party management (3PM), today announced that it has selected Marie-Charlotte Patterson to serve as Vice President of Marketing. This addition to Hiperos’ executive team substantially bolsters the company’s marketing capabilities so it can further accelerate its growth and solidify its leadership position in the 3rd party management solutions market.
As V.P. of Marketing, Patterson will lead Hiperos’ marketing efforts and leverage her domain expertise to accelerate and optimize the company’s market penetration and growth initiatives. Patterson brings to Hiperos more than 20 years of international marketing and operational management experience in the software industry, with specific experience in the governance, risk and compliance sectors.
Prior to joining Hiperos, Patterson was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Management for AXS-One, where she was responsible for driving the company’s vision and strategy for archiving and electronic records management. Patterson also formerly served as Vice President of Marketing for IXOS, a German-headquartered provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that was acquired by OpenText, where she was responsible for the organization’s worldwide marketing and business development functions. Prior to IXOS, Patterson held senior level marketing and business development positions in the U.S. and Europe with Macro 4, a publicly traded systems management and document archiving software provider.

Patterson is the latest in a series of high-profile additions to Hiperos’ leadership team, with corporate finance executive Janet Coddington coming on board as CFO earlier this fall, and governance, finance, and compliance expert D’Anne Hurd joining the company’s Board of Directors over the summer. Patterson will work from Hiperos’ New Jersey headquarters while simultaneously overseeing marketing for the company’s other locations in the Boston and Pittsburgh metropolitan areas.
