AMTELCO, a leading provider of innovative communication applications for over 35 years, is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Greg Beale, Vice President of Customer Operations
In Greg’s over 30-year career with AMTELCO, he has helped streamline and improve the entire customer experience. Greg’s customer-focused influence has touched everything from the initial system shipment, to project management, to installation and training, as well as to field service and support. In Greg’s current position, he oversees the entire Customer Operations department, helping ensure each customer receives the utmost in customer care.

Kevin Beale, Vice President of Research & Development, Software
Kevin’s robust history with AMTELCO starts over 25 years ago. Throughout his time with AMTELCO, Kevin has continued to work closely with customers, developing a thorough understanding of their distinct communication needs. Today, with Kevin in charge of the entire Research & Development and Software department, including the Documentation team, his unique customer knowledge is evident in each new software release, designed specifically to keep AMTELCO customers many steps ahead of their competition.

Barry Boland, Vice President of Operations
After serving in the military, Barry joined AMTELCO’s Purchasing department in 1988. He continued in this role for several years, continually selecting the best components available, with prices that were within customers’ budgets. Barry continued into the Operations department, and in his current position, he oversees Production, Final Assembly and Testing, Purchasing, and the Shipping and Receiving departments. His direct involvement with these departments helps ensure that the final products received by every customer are the best quality available, thoroughly tested, and ready for customer use.

Michael Friedel, Vice President of Sales
Mike has been with AMTELCO for over 25 years. During this time, he worked directly with new customers in a project management role, helping them prepare for the new technology they would soon be utilizing with their AMTELCO systems. Because of this close involvement with customers, Mike decided to undertake a new role and moved into the Sales department, where he could be the first to show customers and prospects how AMTELCO’s technology would set their businesses leaps ahead of their competition. Today, Mike works closely with the 1Call sales staff, utilizing his expertise to show healthcare organizations how to contain costs, eliminate errors, and improve enterprise-wide communications.

Pamela Hinz, Vice President of Finance and Human Resources
Pam has been with AMTELCO for more than 25 years. With a degree in Business Administration – Accounting, she began her career at a CPA firm, and then started at AMTELCO as the Accounting Manager. Due to her careful attention to detail, Pam was promoted to Controller several years later. In her current position, Pam manages the Accounting, Finance, and Human Relations departments, keeping the AMTELCO staff members, as well as the AMTELCO customers, happy.
