Provider of Web-Based Philanthropic Management Software

“Connecting donors and their philanthropic aspirations is our central mission,” says Sarah Owen, President & CEO of the SWFLCF.

Stellar Technology Solutions LLC., a leading provider of web-based philanthropic fund management software, announced today that the Southwest Florida Community Foundation (SWFLCF) has selected Stellar’s iPhi® Product Suite as its next generation enterprise technology solution.

The mission of the SWFLCF is to connect donors and their philanthropic aspirations with evolving community needs. The SWFLCF has been supporting the communities of Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Glades and Hendry counties through endowed funds since 1976. Community leadership is supported by helping to identify community needs, facilitating partnerships and collaboration, and providing information and tools for donors, nonprofits, professionals and the public.

The technology goals of the SWFLCF parallel those of other community foundations. These include expanding online services to donors and constituents, streamlining internal administration and reducing reliance on individual point solutions (software that support one aspect of a business but do not integrate well with other applications that serve other areas of the operation).

“Connecting donors and their philanthropic aspirations is our central mission,” says Sarah Owen, President & CEO of the SWFLCF. “From a technology perspective, a single application able to extend real-time information via the web to donors, students, grantees and other constituencies is vital to us. As part of our strategic plan, we will enhance our overall capacity and long-term scalability while providing and enhancing opportunities for our donors and constituents.”

Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise®, iPhi DonorView®, iPhi GranteeView® (scholars and grantees) and iPhi Board/CommitteeView® will provide the Community Foundation with a single end-to-end infrastructure that spans donor account/fund management, development, gifting/granting/financial transaction processing, accounting/general ledger/finance, investment management, fund unitization, automated constituent communications and overall business management.

“The SWFLCF has invested significant time and effort in preparing for a next generation technology change, and we could not be more pleased that it has chosen to work with Stellar Technology Solutions.” stated Bryan Mileger, President & CEO. “We look forward to providing the SWFLCF with the key technical tools it requires to continue to expand its mission and philanthropic initiatives.”
