Tiverity Stabilizes and Supports Cisco Unified Communications 560 Solution for Agile

Tiverity, an Atlanta based IT Service Provider and Cisco Premier Partner, recently announced the execution of a three-year Maintenance and Support Agreement following the successful stabilization of a Cisco Unified Communications 560 (UC560) solution at Agile, an innovative IT staffing and consulting firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Agile purchased their UC560 system in the summer of 2011. The system was moved the following winter when the company relocated to its new headquarters in Alpharetta. At that time, configuration changes were made that resulted in an unstable and difficult-to-administer system. Tiverity since has successfully redeployed the system using best-practices and methodologies that now provide Agile high-availability and easy administration.

Tiverity’s team came in and actually listened to what some of our issues were, addressed those issues immediately, and has delivered the service we needed to allow us to focus on our core business. Tiverity will provide ongoing support of the Cisco UC560 under a recently executed three-year Maintenance and Support Agreement, while continuing to address new technology requirements on a project-by-project basis.
