Mr. McGhee has a successful track record of leading and growing both small and large businesses with an emphasis on creating long-term enterprise value. He has held various executive leadership positions in the telecommunications industry since the mid 1990’s, with Cisco Systems, Avaya Communications, and Siemens. Mr. McGhee is a successful entrepreneur in his own right and has a history of driving top-line revenue growth and implementing operational efficiencies to deliver sustained profitability.

Joe earned his MBA in General Management and International Business from Harvard Business School and his BS from Jackson State University. A native of Chicago, Joe has lived in the Atlanta area with his wife and family for the past ten years.
