After four weeks and several bucketfuls of sweat Grant Davison has completed the Zeus Fitness Challenge. He challenged himself to see how much body fat he could lose and how much muscle he could gain in just 28 days of intense exercise. So how did he do?

Well the results are finally in and after what Grant describes as “The longest four weeks of my life” the tale of the tape is ready to be told. At the beginning of the challenge Grant’s body fat was 21%, he weighed 207 lbs. and had a 36 inch waist. After 4 weeks of hard work in the gym his body fat was down to an incredible 9.5%, he had lost 12 lbs. and 4 inches from his waist. A remarkable transformation and Grant has really shredded his body fat and says that he is now “In the best shape I’ve ever been in”.

So how did he do it? All of Grant’s videos throughout the challenge can be seen on his YouTube channel. Essential though it comes down to good food, good diet, hard work and plenty of sweat. Subscribers to the Zeus Fitness channel on YouTube can now get a free copy of the Zeus 4 week challenge and see exactly what Grant ate and how he exercised each day.
