Through this agreement, AREA members will now have the option to access all standard provincial and board specific forms through two online forms hosting providers: an existing service provided through the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and now Repree. Repree offers compatibility with an array of technology currently in use, fillable fields that expand as needed, a wide range of fields that auto-populate, and multi-layered forms organization. The Repree free-with-membership package also provides added value to members by offering secure electronic document storage and contact management features to help capture and manage important contact details and enabling members to instantly communicate with those engaged in the real estate transaction.
In addition to the free-with-membership package, Repree will offer members access to additional, high demand services on a discounted user-pay basis. These user-pay services include premium features such as paper free transactions with electronic signatures powered by DocuSign®, agent and broker activity managers, automated showing feedback, client reports, real estate specific calendar, and more. The free-with-membership package and the discounted user-pay packages will all be available to AREA members through one convenient online application.
