Once you have your goals written down, they start to become more powerful and believable.

Law of Attraction techniques and visualization may be the secret to making those New Year’s resolutions stick.

A recent study published by the University of Scranton Journal of Clinical Psychology states that while between 40 to 45 percent of American adults make one or more resolutions each year, less than half have kept them six months later. While the majority of Americans break their resolutions, those that use positive affirmations to state their goals are ten times more likely to achieve them.

Law of Attraction guru and Mind Movies co-founder Natalie Ledwell suggests writing down your goals, even on a daily basis. “Once you have your goals written down, they start to become more powerful and believable,” says Ledwell.

She also recommends sharing them with others. “Once you share your goals with others, you have made a declaration, a public intention that you will achieve these goals. Visualize your goals as already accomplished.”

Over 1 million people worldwide have already received Natalie Ledwell’s free pre-made Mind Movies, which are dynamic moving video vision boards that help viewers visualize and achieve their desires and goals faster and easier than they ever thought possible.
