Business Solutions magazine partnered with Penn State University to conduct the survey and analyze the results of nearly 7,600 votes for statistical accuracy, making this one of the largest surveys of its kind. Categories for voting included service/support, features, innovation and reliability. As with past years, only the top 5% of vendors were recognized with the award.
