Along with the study, researchers found that those possessing just one of the seven healthy markers, such as healthy blood sugar, had a 20% lower cancer risk. If they had three healthy indicators, their chance of cancer was reduced by 22%, and five to seven indicators showed a 38% lower risk of developing cancer.
