By bringing Formatta and CPI into the Access family, we’re going to offer our customers solutions that solve even more of their business challenges, save them even more money and paper, and deliver even faster return on investment.
Sulphur Springs, TX (PRWEB) January 03, 2013
Access today announced that it has acquired CPI and merged with Access FSA, developer of the Formatta Electronic Forms Management Suite.
These developments expand Access’s customer base to more than 2,000 organizations worldwide, extend its offerings to all industries and double its staff to more than 100.
Access will continue to offer electronic forms on demand, electronic patient signature, clinical data integration, patient safety and paperless e-forms and workflow solutions to hospitals and health systems worldwide. These solutions give healthcare providers a way to efficiently capture patient data and integrate it with leading enterprise content management (ECM) applications, and health information systems (HIS) such as those from Meditech, Siemens (for which Access is the exclusive e-forms management partner), Cerner, Epic, and McKesson, without user effort or paper.
The addition of CPI brings 43 years of experience with MFPs, printers and other hardware, as well as with managed print solutions. CPI enables customers to eliminate excessive printing and duplication, and reduce the cost-per-page of remaining output. Most companies don’t understand what they’re printing, on which devices, and what output is truly necessary.
CPI analysis tools uncover the answers, creating a tailored MPS and hardware plan that delivers immediate and lasting savings. CPI’s dedicated support team ensures a rapid response to customer needs, and regular scheduled evaluations help customers discover even more potential for efficiency.
Formatta is a comprehensive suite of e-forms management software products that can transform any paper-driven forms process – including new employee onboarding, expense reporting and capital request review – into a secure, electronic and paperless one. With Formatta, users complete forms online, offline or on the go with Apple iPad and iPhone; add attachments and digital signatures and then send them on through an electronic workflow.
Once the process is complete, Formatta archives the form and attachments in the enterprise content/document management (ECM/EDM) system, notifies users by e-mail and updates business systems. Formatta is used by organizations in all markets, including education, government and construction.
“By bringing Formatta and CPI into the Access family, we’re going to offer our customers solutions that solve even more of their business challenges, save them even more money and paper, and deliver even faster return on investment,” said Access founder and CEO Tim Elliott. “The added expertise from our new staff members will help us improve our understanding of customers in all industries, even as we continue to meet the needs of our healthcare clients.”
