Softpath Technologies today announced its plans to launch a Pharmaceutical Business Process Automation (PBPA) tool. The product is set to hit the market in Sep 2013.

PBPA provides an end-to-end integrated environment for the healthcare vertical.

SoftPath Technologies L.L.C. (http://www.softpathtech.com), a Michigan based software services and solutions company, today announced plans to launch a tool for the Pharmaceutical Business Process Automation (PBPA).

The tool PBPA, answers the need for an integrated solution comprising of a traditional Point of Sale (POS) Pharmacy Management System which works along with Hospital Management Systems of the clinics and the CRM Systems of Pharmaceutical companies. The tool thus provides an end-to-end integrated environment for the healthcare vertical.

Commenting on the launch, the company spokesperson said "PBPA goes beyond the capabilities of a traditional Outpatient Pharmacy Management system by automating the process of Patient Management to deliver better overall patient experience. It automates the process of Clinical Management within the hospital and helps deliver better overall administrative experience. This announcement follows Softpath's decision to foray into the product development area by launching products that extend the functionalities of some industry leading products in the Business Process and Workflow management vertical. SoftPath provides software services and solutions with a focus on Business Process/Workflow Management, Case Management and Application Integration challenges.

SoftPath's Pharmaceutical Business Process Automation (PBPA) tool is expected to be launched in September 2013.
