It may be hard to move on but there’s always something or someone out there that can help you through a tragic and difficult time

After the passing of her father, Sarah Aila gained the inspiration to write her new book “The Line between Life, Death & Love” (published by iUniverse), a suspenseful, paranormal tale regarding love and the afterlife.
Like Aila, her book’s protagonist, Jane, loses her father. Afterwards, Jane discovers that she has the power to guide spirits to where they need to be. If this is not a big enough shock, she also discovers that two men are after her love.
Readers will follow Jane as she navigates her way through the trials of life, exploring what it means to be in love. With each step she takes, a bit of the wall she has built around her heart is chipped away, but will the love of these two men be enough to bring her back from the depths of sadness?.
An excerpt from “The Line between Life, Death & Love”:
““Hey! You can’t just leave me here!” I barely got the last word out before he was back with a huge smile on his face. I leaned back away from him, a bit wary of his intentions with that look on his face.
“What are you smiling about?”
“Oh nothing.” With that he leaned down and picked me up, out of the water as if I weighed little to nothing. I almost uncrossed my arms to hold onto his neck but checked myself just in time to avoid giving him a full frontal show of my girls. God, how embarrassing! I was sure to be as red as a cherry when he placed me on the bed and wrapped me up with the towel he’d placed there.”
Aila hopes her novel will be a catalysis for others experiencing a hardship in their life. “It may be hard to move on but there’s always something or someone out there that can help you through a tragic and difficult time,” says Aila. “Just writing this novel has helped me move on in some way.”
