Stock Development Sales Jump Again In November

Stock Development has released another strong new home sales report for November 2012.

Altogether we have 374 contracts signed in 2012 and have maintained an aggressive construction schedule in 2012 in order to build up an inventory home program across all product types throughout Southwest Florida.

Stock Development registered another great month of sales across its Southwest Florida communities. The company signed 38 new home contracts in November worth $16.76 million.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development the number of contracts rose 36 percent over November of last year and the dollar volume rose 52 percent.

“It was a terrific month across the board,” said Stock. “Altogether we have 374 contracts signed in 2012 and have maintained an aggressive construction schedule in 2012 in order to build up an inventory home program across all product types throughout Southwest Florida.”

For example, Lely Resort currently has approximately 40 inventory homes complete or under construction and additional homes were added to the schedule in November, including twin villas and single-family homes, which join the flats, townhomes, casitas, coach homes, twin villas and single-family homes we already have completed and under construction.

“The national home market is showing steady improvement and consumer confidence is on the rise. As a result homebuyers are very active. As the winter season approaches, we are finding more and more homebuyers are anxious to be in Southwest Florida as soon as they can. We are giving them the chance to be moved in and enjoying our beautiful communities for all of the upcoming winter,” said Stock.

At Lely Resort, a total of seven neighborhoods of flats, townhomes, coach homes, twin villas, single-family homes and estate homes are offered with prices beginning from the $200s. Lely has earned five consecutive Community of the Year awards.

Homeowners have access to the Players Club & Spa and some of Naples finest amenities. The Players Club & Spa, which currently offers over 20,000 square feet under air, is under going a two year expansion that will dramatically increase its size. The new state-of-the-art tennis complex with 13 tennis courts was recently opened.
