HotelPlanner.com, the leader in the hotel group sales market, is partnering with Champion Racing Association (CRA), the sanctioning body that oversees and promotes professional asphalt stock car racing events. Currently, CRA is the sanctioning body for the ARCA/CRA Super Series, one of the premier touring series for Super Late Models in the country, the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance, and the top touring Crate Motor Late Model series in the country.
The ARCA/CRA Super Series and the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance will tour throughout the Midwest with selected events in the South in the upcoming year and HotelPlanner.com will be providing the teams and fans with the guaranteed lowest hotel rates for the events. Rates and booking instructions will be posted to craracing.net as event dates approach.
“By working with Hotel Planner, CRA will make traveling and attending our races for race teams and fans easier and more affordable,” said Glenn Luckett, Managing Partner of CRA.
“We are excited about this new partnership with CRA" said Tim Hentschel, CEO of Hotel Planner. Hotel Planner’s rates will increase fan attendance at these races and make time on the road less expensive for the race teams,” said Hentschel.
Last year, the two premier series had over 30 events at 17 different tracks, with over 250 different teams and exceeded 100,000 fans in attendance. The noteworthy events of the Series are the Winchester 400 at Winchester Speedway, the Redbud 300 at Anderson Speedway, The Rowdy 251 at Berlin Raceway and Nashville’s All-American 400 event. They feature one to three day formats, with practice and qualifying and feature events. Two of the events feature NASCAR style pit stops. More information on all the CRA Series is available at http://www.craracing.net.
