"I am providing relevant information that will improve their lives and enhance their practices."
Washington, DC (PRWEB) January 08, 2013
With a lifetime of leadership expertise and over 17 years of experience in recruiting, Scott Love, "Washington's Legal Power Broker," is the founder of The Attorney Search Group, a boutique attorney search consultancy which recruits partner-level attorneys for the AmLaw100 and AmLaw200. Love has recently launched the newly-minted "Partner Podcast," a monthly series of interviews with experts and thought leaders on trends and issues affecting partners today.
The podcast consists of one-on-one interviews on the pertinent issues which he encounters in his work as a recruiter with attorneys. These programs aim to educate and assist partners in making the best of their opportunities while resolving their challenges in positive and constructive ways. "I created the podcast to offer an audio magazine-style format that gives every law firm partner tangible value each month, regardless of their intentions of staying with or leaving their firm. I am providing relevant information that will improve their lives and enhance their practices," Love says.
Topics such as law firm leadership, management, partner compensation, law firm marketing, rainmaking, time management and personal life balance are on the schedule for 2013.
The inaugural episode features Ed Wesemann, author of four books and a leading consultant to law firms, on law firm leadership and management, as well as David Lat, founder of Abovethelaw.com, an industry blog listed in the ABA Journal's Blawg 100 Hall of Fame.
