A short sale strategies seminar was held yesterday afternoon by Edina Realty's number one short sale agent Kris Lindahl. The seminar noted full attendance and went an hour overtime with questions. Lindahl used a real-life example of one of his client's to brilliantly illustrate the short sale process in a step-by-step manner. Earlier that morning Lindahl had held a meeting on the Ally Bank process.
Many attendees stayed afterward to take advantage of Lindahl's expertise. "I like to stick around to answer personalized questions that any attendees may have," Kris Lindahl said after the seminar on Wednesday, and continued, "it gives me a great look into what the homeowner of 2013 is thinking about." Lindahl also showed the audience how to access and use the several resources that he's created for the general public's use.
The seminar in Delano is part of a larger campaign by Kris and his team of full-time Edina Realty realtors to give the public information previously only known to real estate professionals. "I feel it to be a duty of mine to pass on the valuable information that I and my team have," Kris Lindahl said.
