Set up in late 2012, PropertyPropertyProperty is an online advertising portal to match prospective tenants and home movers with properties for sale and to let across the country. Much like the well-known competitor portals Rightmove & Zoopla, PropertyPropertyProperty aggregates lists of local estate agency properties and puts them all in one easy to use portal.

For estate agents, the most effective way to market their properties is via a national property portal. Home hunters no longer have time or the patience to trawl through search engines looking at the sites of individual agents to find their dream home. This is why featuring properties in an easy to use, larger list is so important for local agents. With so much competition between estate agents and a slow moving housing market, advertising is more important in 2013 than ever.

Rightmove and Zoopla are established property portals and have thousands of agents relying upon their service to help drive the property sales. However the aforementioned websites are well aware of the value of their service and regularly increase their prices to agents. When Zoopla merged with Digital Property Group their prices were increased by 300%.

This has left agents struggling to afford advertising costs and left some unable to advertise at all and having to look to more affordable but less effective options like social media. Propertypropertyproperty is a very realistic alternative advertising option for estate agents. Upon close inspection, the website offers all the same features to agents at just a fraction of the cost.

In April 2012, when the merger of Zoopla and Find a Property took place, agents were unhappy with price increases and shocked by the little warning the received. Still some 9 months down the line, anyone reading through the pages of Estate Agent Today online can see a barrage of comments on most articles that contain news about Rightmove or Zoopla. At an average of £600 per month for Rightmove fees, it’s no surprise that estate agents are struggling to afford to advertise on this portal.

Christopher Marriot of PropertyPropertyProperty comments on his company’s objectives.

“At PPP our objective is not to exploit the agent but simply provide a tool and outlet for agents to list their properties during the tough times. There is clearly a market for an affordable portal, at Property Property Property we are here to give clients what they want at an affordable price. We welcome calls from any agents wherever they are in the country. In the short space of time we have been live, the portal has gone from strength to strength listing thousands of users daily and listing hundreds of thousands of properties.” is a website showcasing a range of properties to buy or rent across the UK. The website also features commercial property and land, and the brand has a healthy social media following.
