Classics Direct, a family-run business set up in 2005, had already established a reputation for quality and exceptional customer service through its online store selling hand-crafted antique French furniture reproductions. But it has now attracted a whole new audience owing to its frequent appearances on the daily ITV programme, which attracts around a million viewers each episode.

A spokesperson for Classics Direct said: "We were thrilled to hear from the producers that they wanted to feature some of our French style bedroom furniture and dining room furniture on the show, and the reaction from designers and homeowners taking part on the show has been overwhelmingly positive.
We work hard at Classics to source the very best French furniture in the UK, and this kind of endorsement from interior design professionals is a great achievement for us.

"We've also been pleasantly surprised to see the number of customers who have found and bought on our website as a direct result of watching the show. We hope that our involvement with 60 Minute Makeover continues into 2013 and beyond."

The range of Classics Direct furniture to feature on the show includes bedroom and dining room furniture, showcasing its variety of painted, shabby chic and traditional polished natural wood finishes.
One piece of furniture that has become hugely popular after its appearance on a 60 Minute Makeover episode with celebrity designer Linda Barker is the French Rococo Style Bed.

This black-painted, solid mahogany Rococo bed features intricate hand-carved detailing and a superior quality, multi-layer paint finish. The easy-to-assemble bed also comes in white, cream, silver, gold and natural wood finishes.

Another item featured on the show was the French Louis Style Carved Headboard. Also available in a range of painted and natural wood finishes, this mahogany frame comes in single, double, king or even superking sizes.

The full French Rococo Furniture range, which is named after the Rococo artistic movement that began in Paris in the 18th century, includes over 30 stunning pieces including beds, armoires, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
