Walton Oaks is now fully leased just six months after opening, announces Walton Communities. The Augusta-based community celebrated their grand opening in July 2012, which drew a large crowd for festivities and tours of the new property. Less than half a year later, Walton Oaks, a mixed-income residential community is completely leased-up.
