Calling all Girls and Boys! Cra-Z-Art® is set to light-up Vegas (even more!) at CES with the debut of its new line of girls’ Lite Brix and additions to its Award-Winning core Lite Brix line, which will empower a whole new generation of smart, and creative children to shine as they build their worlds with light. With the newest lines of the LITE BRIX™ Super Light Building System, set to hit store shelves in summer of 2013 girls and boys will glitzify and illuminate their cities with the awe-inspiring light-up bricking building construction sets from Cra-Z-Art®!

Cra-Z-Art will debut its new Lite Brix lines at the Showstoppers Media Preview at 6pm on Tuesday, January 8th at The Wynn to more than 2000 journalists in attendance. In honor of its new line, which includes the Lite Brix Radiant Runway playset, Cra-Z-Art commissioned a stunning one-of-a-kind Lite Brix ensemble to be featured at Showstoppers and also in the CES FashionWare Fashion Show hosted by Kelly LeBrock on Thursday evening, January 10th at The Venetian.

“In year one, Lite Brix became a Toy of the Year Award Finalist for Activity Toy of the Year and Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold Award Winner, and year two for this amazing construction toy line will be even bigger,” said Lawrence Rosen, Chairman, Cra-Z-Art. “Girls asked and we answered! We are so excited to unveil the Lite Brix girls line at CES. From Fashion Salon and Candy Shop, to a Radiant Runway and more, each themed set lights up the world with beautifully shaped accessories and adorable mini figures creating a whole new level of fabulousness.”

In addition to the brand new girls line, new construction sets will also be added to Lite Brix’ existing line, such as bridges, Police Station, Rescue Vehicles and more. The possibilities are endless with Lite Brix™, which are compatible with other major brick building systems and allows children to transform their creations into spectacularly-lit masterpieces for daytime or nighttime play.

Each building system includes super bright LED light-up bricks that cycle through four colors, translucent pieces, a battery pack, and connector pieces that attach the Lite Brix™ to each other so the models can be built on different angles. 3 "AA" or “AAA” batteries required (not included). Ages 6+, prices range from $19.99 - $99.99.

Lite Brix received an Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Best Toy Award and is also a finalist for the 2013 TOTY Award, nominated for Activity Toy of the Year—toys that inspire creative play through various forms of activity. Between now and January 13, 2013, toy lovers of all ages can visit ToyAwards.org to vote for their favorite playthings in 12 categories. The TOTY Awards winners will be announced February 9th, launching Toy Fair Week.
